Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3-5 years of professional experience in front-end development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Extensive experience with at least one modern JavaScript framework (e.g., React, Vue, Angular).
• Demonstrated experience integrating with RESTful APIs and understanding data structures.
• Familiarity with principles of AI/ML and experience integrating AI-powered features into front-end applications (e.g., using pre-trained models, AI APIs).
• Solid understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
• Proficiency with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Vuex, NgRx).

TalentProof.ai is seeking a highly entrepreneurial Founding Growth & Pipeline Lead to build and scale our demand generation engine from the ground up. This role is pivotal in establishing our market presence and driving qualified opportunities for our AI-powered recruitment platform.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a repeatable outbound and community-led pipeline generation strategy.
• Identify and engage recruiters, talent leaders, founders, and hiring managers across LinkedIn, Reddit, Peerlist, Slack communities, and other relevant channels.
• Own qualified pipeline generation, meetings booked, and pilot creation targets.
• Create and manage cold outreach systems using tools such as Expandi, Dripify, Apollo, Clay, or similar platforms while maintaining strong deliverability.
• Develop compelling messaging around resume inflation, AI-assisted applications, candidate verification, and hiring quality.
• Generate qualified meetings, product demos, and pilot opportunities for the founders.
• Run growth experiments across outreach, content, partnerships, communities, and referral channels.

Qualifications

Required:

• Proven experience generating pipeline for a B2B SaaS product.
• Demonstrated success booking meetings through outbound, community engagement, or organic growth channels.
• Strong copywriting and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with modern outbound and automation tools.
• Experience selling or generating pipeline in US and India markets.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building processes from scratch.
• Strong understanding of AI trends and their impact on hiring, recruiting, and candidate behavior.
• Highly resourceful, execution-focused, and outcome-oriented.

Preferred:

• Experience in recruiting technology, HR tech, or talent acquisition.
• Experience building a growth function from 0 to 1.

Compensation:

• Compensation is heavily performance-based and tied to qualified meetings, pilot opportunities, and customer acquisition. Equity may be considered after demonstrated success and sustained contribution.
